- Age (Date of Birth)
- Recent Headshots & Full-Body Photos (No filters, please)
- Links to your Portfolio or Model Pages (e.g., OnlyFans, ManyVids, Twitter/X, or industry profiles)
- Current Location
- A Brief Introduction: Tell us a little about your experience and what kind of content you specialize in.

Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age (Government-issued ID required).
- Prior professional experience is preferred but not required for all project types.
- A reliable and professional attitude.
- Ability to travel to our filming locations (or availability for scheduled regional shoots).
Privacy, Security & Data Retention
Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We understand the sensitive nature of the information shared during the casting process.
- Strict Retention Policy: To minimize your digital footprint, we maintain a strict data purge schedule. All applications, including photos, identification documents, and personal details, are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after submission.
- Confidentiality: Your information is reviewed exclusively by the ElitePOV casting team for the purpose of assessing potential collaborations. We do not share, sell, or distribute your private information to third parties.
